Will there be an October surprise before the November midterm elections? There sure has been a lot of chatter about it on the Net.As you probably know, a Democratic House and Senate spells doom for the Bush administration (i.e. potential impeachment and investigations). An October surprise would surely help the Republicans in tight election races.
