Carl Sheeler is running for Congress in Rhode Island. One of his election billboards reads: "Be Patriotic, Impeach Bush"Calling the Bush administration, "a partisan machine of fear and empty promises," Sheeler said, "It’s time we as ordinary citizens stop talking and start acting to bring the change we want to see in our America."
